Julie founded Shopper Nosh in 2014. For many years, she has been intrigued by the many facets of consumers and shoppers. In the future Julie sees a huge upside for brands who integrate insightful social engagement into the shopper journey.
As a seasoned agency account person, Julie has worked closely with marketing clients to develop strategies and programs that motivate consumers and shoppers to take action. Her work has been rooted in a thorough understanding of each client’s business and intimate knowledge of the consumer and shopper target. She has designed programs and communications to move the shopper along the path to purchase, from awareness and engagement to retail promotions and the design of shelf sets.
What is special about Julie as a shopper marketer is her breadth of skills. Julie has a strong foundation in brand advertising, the discipline of a direct marketer and the creativity of a promotional and digital marketer. She is proud to have worked with some of the best clients in the business including McDonald’s, Pepsi, Nutella, Thomas’, American Express, Citibank, Dr. Oetker, Entenmann’s, MasterCard and Absolut. This experience has occasioned significant work partnering with retailers including Walmart, Target, Ahold, Price Chopper, Wakefern and others.
Julie has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Boston University.
